Our licensed Notary is available in store during our normal business hours Monday through Saturday, with no appointment needed.
$15 per signature that you would like notarized.
Mobile Notary Service available by appointment
Our mobile notary will travel to offsite locations for a minimum travel fee of $100 and max depending upon distance travelled. There will be an additional fee of $15 per signature that you would like notarized.

How to Prepare
Please see below on how to plan and prepare your documents before having your documents notarized:
- It is important to prepare for your notary public appointment. Being prepared will save you both time and money.
- All documents must be filled out before arriving to your appointment.
- Signer must physically appear and sign documents in front of Notary.
- Translation is not allowed during notarization. The Notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer in the English language.
- The signer must bring valid form of ID (State DL, State ID Card, US Passport). If you are unsure if your ID is acceptable, don’t hesitate to call us and ask.
- As a licensed Notary in the State of California, Notaries are prohibited from notarizing or certifying copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates.
What Is Notarization?
Notarization is the official fraud-deterrent process that assures the parties of a transaction that a document is authentic and can be trusted. It is a three-part process, performed by a Notary Public, that includes of vetting, certifying and record-keeping. Notarizations are sometimes referred to as "notarial acts."
