Walk-ins are welcome as no appointments are necessary. Your photos are ready within 5-15 minutes.

Option 1 – Online Renewal
Bring your most recent passport, and if you are eligible for online renewal, we can help you complete and submit your renewal online.

Option 2 – Mail-In Renewal
Bring your most recent passport along with a check or money order for the required government fees. We can help prepare your renewal and send it by Priority Mail with tracking.

General Passport Photo Guidelines

Avoid white shirts: Most countries, including the U.S., recommend wearing clothing that contrasts with the background.



Keep your mouth closed: Most countries require a neutral facial expression with your mouth closed.

No glasses: Most countries now use biometric facial-recognition standards. We recommend removing eyeglasses to prevent glare, reflections, or other issues that could cause the photo to be rejected.

Infant passport photos: The infant should be awake with their eyes open whenever possible and facing the camera.
